2. Who is eligible for Priority One?

Priority One is available to individuals and families who wish to enjoy enhanced, seamless healthcare with premium privileges. Dependents can also be included in your membership package.

4. How do the membership credits work?

Credits are allocated as part of your membership package. These can be used to offset eligible hospital and medical expenses. For example, if you have $10,000 credits allocated, you can use them across services within the programme.

5. What are the membership packages?

Prive MembershipThis core package includes shared service credits and coverage for the primary member, with the option to add dependents under the same account. Members enjoy full concierge coordination, outpatient medical and wellness credits, executive health screenings, complimentary specialist consultations and home care services.

It also includes inpatient privileges such as priority processing, complimentary room upgrades, and medical transport services.

6. What is the enrolment process?

  2. Our concierge team will contact you to confirm eligibility.

  3. You will receive onboarding instructions, an e-card, and a welcome pack.

8. Which hospitals are covered under Priority One?

Priority One privileges are available across participating IHH Healthcare hospitals and specialist centres in Singapore. A full list will be shared during onboarding.

9. What happens after I use my credits?

Once your credits are utilised, you can continue to enjoy Priority One services. Additional charges will be billed separately, and you may renew your package upon expiry.

10. How do I renew my membership?

Members will be notified 60 days before expiry. A concierge will contact you to discuss renewal options, usage summary, and available packages.
