The Priority One Programme is provided by IHH Healthcare Singapore (“IHH”, “we” or “us”) subject to the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between IHH and the individuals enrolled in the Priority One Programme (“Members”). These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully, particularly as they include limitations and exclusions of liability in favour of IHH and/or its affiliates. Enrolment into the Priority One Programme is conditional upon the submission of the duly completed Registration Form. All Members enrolled into the Priority One Programme shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation in the Priority One Programme by a Member will be regarded as acceptance of the prevailing Terms and Conditions. IHH expressly reserves the right to modify the Priority One Programme benefits, rewards and other features, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice. Although IHH will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to the Priority One Programme and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of the Members to check or review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to keep informed of any changes. Any use of the benefits and/or credits available under the Priority One Programme by a Member will be deemed as his/her acceptance of any amendment to the Priority One Programme.
- Membership enrolment and obligations
- Membership is strictly only by invitation and is limited to individuals, at one membership account per individual. IHH shall have the sole discretion to approve or reject any application for membership. Membership is not transferable or assignable and is strictly personal to the Members.
- There are two membership tiers under the Priority One Programme:
- Priority One Prestige - annual fee of SG$9,000.00 for a 12-month membership, which entitles 1 dependent of the Member to preferential rates for select services available under the Priority One Programme.
- Priority One Prive - annual fee of SG$15,000.00 for a 12-month membership, which entitles 2 dependents of the Member to preferential rates for select services available under the Priority One Programme.
- Upon approval by IHH of any application for membership to the Priority One Programme, successful applicants will be issued a membership card (corresponding to their membership tier) approximately 4 weeks after receipt of a completed Registration Form, to the mailing address provided in the Registration Form. Membership cards issued to the Members shall bear a unique membership account number as well as the membership tier (Prive or Prestige). IHH shall not be liable for the non-receipt of the membership card by a Member due to incorrect information provided by the Member.
- It is the responsibility of Members to keep their mailing address and email address up-to-date. Any communication sent to Members will be regarded as delivered when posted to a mailing address on record.
- The Member is responsible for ensuring that his/her membership card is not used improperly. Any misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity by a Member in relation to their membership card and/or the benefits and services under the Priority One Programme shall result in immediate termination of his/her Priority One membership.
- Membership to the Priority One Programme (both Prive and Prestige membership tiers) shall be effective and valid for a period of one (1) year, commencing from the date of enrolment upon receipt of full payment by a Member of the applicable annual fee corresponding to their membership tier (“Membership Period”). Renewal of membership to the Priority One Programme is conditional upon full payment of the prevailing annual fees (and any additional expenses or charges incurred by the Member, if applicable) before or on the last day of the Membership Period.
- To redeem the benefits and/or utilize the services under the Priority One Programme, Members must present a valid Priority One (Prive or Prestige) membership card (and photo identification, if requested) to the medical concierge team for verification purposes by the Parkway Medical Concierge staff member assigned at each hospital or clinic.
- Members shall be liable for any unauthorised use of their membership card and shall indemnify IHH against any claims, losses or damages of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with any unauthorised use of the membership card.
- Credits are only valid and can only be redeemed during the Membership Period. Any unused Credits shall be forfeited and cancelled immediately following the expiry or termination of the membership. In no event shall a Member be entitled to a refund (whether in cash or otherwise) in respect of any unused / unspent Credits following expiry / termination of their membership.
- Credits may only be applied towards the outpatient services specified in Section 2(c) of these Terms and Conditions. Any charges incurred by a Member which (i) exceeds the Member’s credit allocation under his/her membership account; or (ii) relate to services not covered under the Priority One Programme (“Exceeded Charges”) shall be billed directly to the Member, who shall be solely responsible for prompt settlement of such Exceeded Charges in accordance with the relevant hospital or clinic billing procedures / policies.
- Members may, at any time, by written notice (email) to the Parkway Medical Concierge staff assigned to said Member, terminate their membership to the Priority One Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, upon termination of membership all unused Credits and any other benefits will be automatically forfeited and cancelled immediately and shall not be transferable or reinstated. Any purported transfer or assignment of any unused Credits to another Member shall be null and void.
Membership Benefits
During the Membership Period, Members are entitled to the following:
- 24/7 Dedicated Healthcare Concierge Service
- Priority Access to specialist appointments, hospital admission, and clinic appointments
- Spending Credits (value determined at enrolment) applicable to:
- Health Screening at all Parkway Shenton Executive Health Screening Centres
- General Practitioner (GP) & Accident & Emergency consultations and medications
- Rehabilitation services
- Complimentary Parking at designated hospital facilities (excluding valet fees)
- Complimentary Limousine Service (two-way, subject to advance booking and availability)
- 25% Discount on eligible out-of- pocket hospital bills (capped at SGD 10,000 per Membership Period)
- Priority Bedside Admission
- Complimentary Room Upgrade (subject to availability at time of admission)
- Complimentary Ambulance Transfers within Singapore
- Limitation of Liability & Exclusions
- The benefits and outpatient services offered under the Priority One Programme are strictly subject to availability and may require advance booking to secure an appointment at desired times.
- Complimentary services offered under the Priority One Programme (such as limousine transfers, ambulance transfers, room upgrades, free / complimentary parking) shall at all times be subject to reasonable usage as determined by IHH at its sole discretion, in accordance with its policies and guidelines.
- The following list of exclusions from the Priority One Programme may be amended by IHH from time to time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Specialist medical fees, hospitalisation charges, medications, or services which are not expressly listed in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Services obtained outside of IHH Singapore hospitals or clinics unless expressly approved in writing by IHH.
- Any charges not expressly stated as covered under the annual membership fee and/or the Priority One Programme pursuant to these T&Cs.
- The Members hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that the Priority One Programme is not an insurance policy nor shall it be deemed as such, and in no event is the Priority One Programme intended to replace or substitute the health insurance coverage of a Member. IHH hereby expressly and irrevocably disclaims any liability whatsoever arising from any claim by a Member in relation to the foregoing.
- IHH shall not be liable to any Member and/or his/her dependent(s) for any loss of revenue, profit, business or any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Priority One Membership Programme, the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether IHH has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
- For the avoidance of any doubt, IHH shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of or any change in the Priority One Membership Programme and its related benefits.
- IHH will endeavour to ensure the availability of the benefits and services provided under the Priority One Membership Programme but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure or unavailability of any benefits or services.
- IHH’s liability with respect to any claim arising in respect of acts or omissions under the Priority One Membership Programme shall be limited to providing other reasonable, alternative and comparable benefits as exclusively determined by IHH. For the avoidance of doubt, monetary compensation is expressly excluded.
- IHH makes no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, that the information related to the Priority One Programme is accurate, complete, reliable and/or updated.
- IHH may assign or deal with these Terms and Conditions in favour of any of its subsidiaries, subcontractors or appointed agents to carry out any of its obligations herein. IHH shall not be liable to the Members for any delay in performance or non-performance of its subcontractors and/or agents due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Fees & Payments
- The annual fee is SGD [15,000 – Prive / 9,000 – Prestige], payable upfront at enrolment.
- Additional charges beyond Membership benefits shall be borne solely by the Member.
- General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.
- Members shall be responsible for any taxes, levies or duties that arise in connection with the receipt of services or benefits under the Priority One Programme.
- IHH reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions herein. All decisions made by IHH shall be final and conclusive in each case.
- Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions. All provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.
- No failure or delay on the part of IHH in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing the Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof.
